Patient Portal
With our Patient Portal, you're able to take more control of your care, allowing us more time to focus on providing it.
Think of the NHS App a bit like the front door to all Gloucestershire healthcare services; for us, our Portal is what’s behind it.
Over the next two years (2024–2025), we'll be introducing features that will directly improve your experience in our Outpatient department and how your care is managed which will improve efficiency.
You'll be able to:
- manage your own appointment schedule
- complete assessments from home
- access improved communication with your care team
- view all appointment letters digitally
- receive appointment reminders
We’ve been working with our suppliers to test the portal to make ensure it works to meet the needs of patients and our outpatient teams. Once we’re satisfied that everything works correctly, we’ll let you know when new functionality is available.
