Frailty Assessment Unit
The Frailty Assessment Unit specialises in the care of older people living with frailty. It is located on the ground floor of Gallery Wing at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.

Please do not telephone the ward until after 11am to allow time for feedback from the daily ward rounds.
To help us keep the number of incoming calls to a minimum, we ask that one person be nominated to ring for news who can then relay information to other friends and family.

There is external access to our Frailty Assessment Unit with a drop off area located just across from the pedestrian exit of the multi-storey car park by the disabled parking bays.
Visitors
- Visiting times 11am – 8pm
- Two visitors only per day

Free Wifi is available on all our wards. If you have any difficulty accessing this, please speak to a member of ward staff.
Mealtimes and catering
- You will be given a choice from a daily menu for all our freshly prepared meals.
- Ward staff will advise you of the meal times, which may vary slightly from ward to ward.
- Beverages: Served throughout the day.
