Intermittent power outage
We have experienced significant intermittent issues with some of our telephone lines and power but these are now working.
This has followed a power outage which has also impacted on our IT systems.
Please be advised that lift capacity within the Tower Block at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital remains significantly reduced. We are therefore prioritising lift use for patients and the movement of patients and essential services, including meals and clinical supplies. Where possible, staff and visitors are asked to use the stairs, recognising the additional challenge this presents in the current heat.
